Bhiwani (11/3/2011): -State's annual budget, public-friendly: Ramkishan Fauji

Chief Parliamentary Secretary Ramkishan Fauji said the State Government was represented by not putting in the annual budget to a new state government has evidence of true mass to be benign. He said farmers in the budget, the general class, workers, traders, women and the many gifts given to staff. Which will benefit all sections.  Shruti Chaudhary MP flooding the state government last year to standing water in fields not get the seeding affected farmers have demanded compensation. In a letter to Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda Chaudhary Shruti Chaudhary said that last year during the rainy Charkhi Dadri in Bhiwani district, Bhiwani, Mundala etc areas were damaged by flooding. Government compensation for crops damaged due to flood so was announced but those farmers whose farms had nothing to stand in the flood water was not the seeding of crops. He said that far too many places the water is able to come. Shruti Chaudhary said that the absence of seeding farmers have suffered double-sided hit. One flooding was ruined their crops and the absence of water extraction for further seeding they could not. Chief Minister of the affected farmers to offset their losses make a request so that area farmers can rise above the starvation conditions. MP said to Chief Minister in the re-survey to find out by having requested that the farmers who lack the evacuation of flood waters have gone at a loss. They also make such projects in future which area of Maag times - times of flood Nettle two - not to have four. He stands there still water in the areas immediately remove water demanded.

History of Bhiwani
District Bhiwani was created on 22 July, 1972. The district headquarter is situated in Bhiwani town. Bhiwani has 442 villages, with main towns being Charkhi Dadri, Loharu, Bawani Khera and Tosham. The total area of Bhiwani district is 5,099 sq kms and its population is 14,24,000.
District Bhiwani is situated between 28.19 deg. & 29.05 deg. north latitude and 75.26 deg. and 76.28 deg. east Longitude. The Bhiwani district is surrounded by Hissar district on its north, some area of Jhunjunu & Churu district of Rajasthan on its west, Mahendergarh and Jhunjunu district on its south and district Rohtak on east. It is 124 kilometers from Delhi and 285 kilometers from Chandigarh.
In northern parts of the district are alluvial plains and in south is semi-desert with remnants of Aravali range hill. The soil is loam in the north and sandy in the southwest region. The groundwater is mainly saline with some of small pockets of fresh water in southwest. The groundwater level of the district is decreasing fast. Lack of drainage system is the main cause of salinity of ground water. Temperature in Bhiwani varies from 1 Deg. C to 48 deg. C. Rainfall is scanty mainly in months of July and August. Vegetation mainly thorny trees like Babul, Jandi, Kair, along with Neem, Sheesham, Peepal, etc. Crops like Bajra, Cotton in kharif and Wheat, Sarson in rabi. Minerals like building stone & Gypsum or flexible stones (Kaliyana village).
Bhiwani city finds mention in Ain-e-Akbari. It is claimed Bhiwani was founded by the person name Neem after his wife named Bhani. The Bhani word later changed to Bhiyani and subsequently to Bhiwani. Bhiwani has been a prominent center of commerce since time of Mughals. Bhiwani is also known for its temples and is called as small Kashi of India because of numerous temples. Another important city of the district is Dadri which was founded by the son of Prithvi Raj Chauhan. It is also a hub of commercial activity. For administrative purposes Bhiwani district is divided into six tehsils - Bhiwani, Bawani Khera, Dadri, Loharu, Tosham and Siwani.
Bhiwani district has many places worth visiting. Among these are the Star Building, Loharu Fort, Tosham Hill, Gauri Shankar temple, etc. An archaeological site at Naurangabad Mound, 10 kms from Bhiwani is now being excavated.
